It's snowy out there! Are you wearing your scarf?

With the wind and snow howling this past week many of us have dug out the hats, mitts, and scarves to keep us warm. But did you know that the scarf has a very important role in keeping us healthy this cold and flu season?

The base of your neck, is called the Wind Gate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Especially on those cold windy days it is thought that the wind gate allows viruses and bacteria access to our body. One of the easiest ways to prevent this is to protect your wind gate - wear a scarf!

Not enough protection for your liking? Check out our Natural Flu Prevention strategy now available at the clinic.

Stay Happy and Healthy this Holiday Season!!!
