Initial Visit (60-90 minutes)
At your first visit we will discuss your health concern(s) at great length. This allows me to create a customized treatment plan for you. Please bring your completed intake forms to your initial visit.
Follow up Visits (15-60 minutes)
At your follow up visit we will implement your treatment plan, and discuss any changes since your last visit.
